Position Overview
This position will be responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resources (HR) support across the entire Zelis enterprise. The work includes work on systems, processes, procedures, and associated streamlining of each and support for Managers and Associates in the use and application of Zelis' HR systems and tools specifically HRIS, Training and Payroll. This role will look for ways to automate processes, reduce duplication of work, and improve departmental functioning by ensuring a smooth operation. This role will look at disparate processes & determine the best way to unify them. The person in this role will support approximately 1000 Associates and Managers and will collaborate and interface with cross-functional partners, such as HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Facilities.
