At LifeWays, we believe every person deserves support when they need it most. As a Crisis Professional, youll be the steady, compassionate presence for individuals in emotional or mental health criseshelping them resolve challenges, connect to resources, and move toward recovery.
In This Role, You Will:

Provide trauma-sensitive, recovery-focused crisis interventions both on-site and in the community.

Monitor and respond to behavioral or environmental safety concerns.

Help consumers access resources, benefits, and community supports.

Support inpatient placement coordination and collaborate with hospitals, providers, and families.

Assist with crisis transport, follow-up surveys, and skill/support groups.

Maintain accurate records and contribute to team operations.
