Branch Administrator (Project Management)



Branch AdministratorAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Branch Administrator to support branch operations through administrative, accounting, and onboarding tasks. This position requires strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities• Provide administrative support to branch staff and management• Handle full cycle onboarding for new employees• Maintain and update employee and client records in Aspire (or similar system)• Process invoices, receipts, PTO requests, timesheets, and expense reports• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports• Manage uniforms, fuel logs, and contract renewals• Support account managers with month-end close and open tickets• Assist with project documentation and ad-hoc office tasks
Qualifications• 2+ years of administrative experience• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables required)• Experience with full cycle onboarding• Strong organizational and communication skills• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Requirements• Valid Driver's License and auto insurance• Background and drug screens will be required
