Job Description
Primary Function of Position

Intuitive is seeking a strategic and experienced marketer to join our Global Marketing and Insights team as the Senior Marketing Manager - Digital Portfolio. This role is pivotal in leading the global marketing strategy for Intuitive's growing portfolio of digital solutions, shaping how we communicate value to a diverse set of healthcare stakeholders. The ideal candidate will leverage global customer insights, product performance data, and cross-functional collaboration to craft compelling, customer-centric narratives that differentiate our digital offerings and drive adoption of the da Vinci ecosystem. The candidate will set the standard for launch excellence to be scaled globally, with a focus on maintaining agility in how digital innovations are brought to market. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across product franchises and geographies, unifying digital innovations into a cohesive and impactful story that drives business growth and enhances patient outcomes.

Essential Job Duties

Strategic leadership and portfolio expertise

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Intuitive's digital product portfolio, maintaining deep knowledge to inform global commercial strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing strategies that differentiate the digital portfolio and drive da Vinci adoption and growth in alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders-including Product Management, regional commercial leaders, and enterprise teams-to align marketing efforts with the digital roadmap and evolving market needs.

Messaging and content development
  • Develop compelling, customer-centric messaging that evolves from feature-focused to problem/solution narratives, supported by data-driven outcomes.
  • Create global content and commercial assets for use across digital marketing, social media, email, and other communication channels to drive awareness, trial, and acquisition.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing programs that build awareness and generate global demand for the digital portfolio.

Evidence generation and competitive positioning
  • Partner with GAVE, MACA, clinical affairs, enterprise analytics, and commercial teams to develop and execute an evidence generation plan that supports marketing claims and product positioning.
  • Analyze product data to generate proof points and claims that demonstrate the impact and value of digital offerings.
  • Monitor competitive technologies and messaging to ensure differentiation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or related marketing discipline required with a history of defining and launching successful products and programs, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Proven ability to effectively build a product brand, position and communicate product value.
  • Experience in developing strong commercial and KOL partnerships to inform a value-driven portfolio narrative.
  • Capacity to learn new technical skills and build clinical acumen.
  • Ability to simplify complex technologies and technical detail to be understood across a broad customer base.
  • Demonstrated ability to work creatively amidst competing priorities to deliver high-impact marketing programs on-time and within budget to support overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • Superb verbal/written communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to work across multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • The ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across different teams and at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on personally executing at the highest levels.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior business leaders and leading strategic discussions.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership qualities.
  • Business driver, with proven track-record of leading cross-functional teams.

Required Education and Training
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or Master's degree preferred

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.

Base Salary Range Region 1: $187,500 USD - $269,700 USD
Base Salary Range Region 2: $168,700 USD - $242,700 USD
Shift: Day
Workplace Type: Purposeful Onsite - This job requires being onsite for leader-defined events and activities which could be monthly/annually. Onsite frequency may increase based on business need. Apply
