Administrative Assistant & Supply Chain Coordintor, Global Supply Chain Integration
The following position is an office-based role that will work out of the New York office.

Role Responsibilities

Roles and Mission:
Provide support and administrative tasks to the VP of Global Supply Chain Integration. One of your key responsibilities will be to serve as a translator for the executives of Suntory Holdings and Suntory Global Spirits, including language and culture. Additionally, you will support and manage tasks for Team GIM (Global Integration of MONOZUKURI), which primarily consists of Japanese expatriates. You will assist the leaders of Global Supply Chain Integration with their business needs (meeting coordination, travel, logistics, expense management, etc.). It is ideal to have excellent communication skills and language proficiency to support creative initiatives while learning creative techniques and strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for the VP of Global Supply Chain Integration
• Provide communication support for Suntory Holdings Executives and Suntory Global Spirits Executives in Japanese and English.
• Translate documents from English to Japanese or Japanese to English.
• Schedule meetings and conference calls as needed using Outlook.
• Maintain calendar accuracy - coordinate the executive's calendar and ensure meetings, calls, and appointments are up to date.
• Arrange travel (transportation and hotel bookings, coordination of meetings with other offices and stakeholders, closely collaborating with travel agencies through Concur).
• Manage the team leader's expense reports and invoices.
• Oversee and coordinate corporate card management.
• Order office supplies such as mobile phones, PCs, and business cards, updating accounts as needed.
• Plan meetings as needed, confirming details for online and offline meetings and traveling to meetings when necessary.
• Support special project as assistant

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:
• Native-level Japanese and a level of English that allows for seamless communication.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage and organize requests from multiple stakeholders.
• High motivation and execution capability.
• Excellent customer service skills and relationship-building abilities.
• General knowledge of MS Office products, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

The salary range for this role, based in New York is $90,000-$100,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
