Basic Qualifications
Education/Training: A high school students in their Senior year and on track to graduate. College students attending either 2-year or 4-year accredited university or college. Declared major and/or course work in related business fields including Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Information Technology
Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient typing and computer skills; ability to operate word processing equipment and/or sufficient knowledge to use word processing software; proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation software; knowledge of various office machines; visual and auditory skills.

Internship Learning Objectives
Intern will work in an assigned retail branch with the objective to develop relationship building skills, customer service skills and enhancing the client relationship while working in the role of Customer Service Representative. Interact with branch Relationship Advisors and Customer Service Representatives to become familiar with methods in creating a high-quality client experience. Will mentor with sales personnel and participate in business development and sales activities. Will attend a scheduled transaction operations training; and be permitted to process customer deposit and cash transactions, and engage the customer on a supervised basis.
