Research Administrator (Finance)
The Research Administrator is responsible for overseeing all research administration activities in the North Florida region. The role will provide high level administrative support to the regional leaders, faculty, staff, directors, and enterprise leadership. This role is responsible and accountable for providing leadership, organization, planning, guidance, and support to all site administrative functions.
Key responsibilities include policy and SOP development, budget & financial management, facilities oversight, clinical research support, grants development & grants management, management of operations, continuous improvement, human resources, training & education, complex problem resolution, regulatory compliance oversight, and committee/work group leadership.
Responsible for ensuring alignment with local and enterprise priorities, maintaining strategic partnerships, local program planning, infrastructure development, and the implementation of new initiatives in accordance with the research strategy, Nemours processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Essential Functions:
Master's Degree required
Minimum of five (5) years of Research Administration experience with functions including financial and grants management.
Background in project management, strategy deployment, continuous improvement, and healthcare.
