Job Responsibilities:

Timing Belt and Banded Belt Cutting: Operate timing belt and banded belt cutters to prepare products for shipment as required. Ensure precision and adherence to quality standards during the cutting process.
Precise Order Processing: Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of belts, including timing belts and banded belts, to meet customer demands.
Efficient Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain meticulous records to support operational efficiency.
Proactive Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized to contribute to a safe and productive environment.
Collaborative Team Support: Communicate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Equipment Proficiency: Safely and efficiently operate equipment such as forklifts and pickers.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements: Ability to perform manual tasks during shifts, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
Educational Background: High School Diploma, G.E.D., or National Readiness Certificate (NCRC).
Must be at least 18 years of age
Experience: Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
