Acquisition Support Specialist (Field Based) (Finance)



ERM is hiring an Acquisition Support Specialist for land acquisition support in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you'll assist with LIMS data entry, documentation, mapping, and project reporting—supporting both Acquisition Representatives and Coordinators in a mix of office and field work. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) limited-term role with a duration of 12 months, extendable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support data entry and parcel list creation.
  • Assist Acquisition Representatives with preparing property rights documentation.
  • Help manage Offer Approval Spreadsheets for Vegetation Management and Fiber projects.
  • Aid the Company Coordinator in collecting and reporting monthly accrual data.
  • Provide exhibit mapping support as required by Acquisition Representatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Solid understanding of title activities, tax records, and tax maps.
  • Knowledge of signature requirements for property rights documents.
  • Familiarity with invoicing data needs.
  • Basic experience with GIS mapping tools.
  • Excellent computer proficiency—including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
