The Impact You'll Make in this Role
The IT Lead Analyst oversees a small group of functional and technical analysts. This individual is responsible for guiding the team's analytical and development work while simultaneously contributing to the analytical tasks themselves. The IT Lead Analyst helps to set technical direction, ensures project completion, fosters team growth, and manages day-to-day tasks.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher AND four(4) years of experience with Softrax Revenue Management System, preferably on-premises, and its integration with related applications in a private, public, government or military environment
OR
High School Diploma/GED from AND eight (8) years of experience working Softrax Revenue Management System, preferably on-premises, and its integration with related applications in a private, public, government or military environment
AND
Four (4) years' experience implementing IT solutions in a global business environment
Four (4) years' experience with Microsoft Project, MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Understand all aspects of software development lifecycle
Four (4) years' experience in using SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc.)
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Two (2) years of supervisory/team lead experience
Experience in creating PowerBI reports and dashboards
Experience in supporting system interfaces
Lean/Six Sigma Green belt (or other process improvement disciplines)
Work location: Remote-United States
Travel: May include up to 5% [domestic/international]

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
