2nd Shift Supervisor (Finance)

The 2nd Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing machine operators, ensuring safety protocols are followed, managing building lock-up procedures, providing training, and maintaining quality assurance standards.

What you will do:

• Oversee the performance and productivity of machine operators to ensure efficient operations.
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage end-of-shift building lock-up procedures to ensure security.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and maintain quality assurance standards to ensure product quality meets company expectations.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Certifications in CNC programming, gear hobbing, or related areas are a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Employee Type: Salaried

Salary Minimum: $80,000

Salary Maximum: $115,000
