Manufacturing Engineer - Mechanical (Engineering)

General Description
The Manufacturing Engineer is the champion for new product launches of individual parts. The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible to deliver tools, check fixtures, patterns, processes and prints that are capable to produce the specified part in advance of production job start dates.

Additional Responsibilities Include

Releases accurate part routings (process, bills of material, set-up instructions, rates, packaging) that meet customer specifications, are optimized and on time for customer demand.
Conducts time studies to validate or improve processes
Leads improvement activities
Participates in budgeting activities to suggest new equipment/technology
Knows equipment and software capabilities to inform estimating processes
