VP, Operational Excellence (Finance)
SUMMARY
The Vice President of Operational Excellence will partner with corporate stakeholders and clinic operations to design optimized business processes that support existing/new programs designed to drive key initiatives for U.S. Renal Care. The VP will act as a strategic business partner to drive performance improvement within field operations and the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.
- Partner on key initiatives with cross functional teams and interfacing with key leaders to solve business challenges and opportunities utilizing process excellence, project management, facilitation, problem solving and value creation skills.
- Define and maintain operational standards, standardized methods/best practices and supporting tools, enabling focus departments to achieve key business expectations in an efficient and effective manger.
- Direct projects that have impact to dialysis operations workflows within facilities.
- Involvement and leadership within central operational initiatives, including both operational improvement and/or launch of new workflows.
- Provide feedback, training and guidance on the functionality and efficiencies within facility facing applications and systems.
- Provide regular feedback, support and leadership regarding site-level performance in critical areas such as Profit and Loss (P&L), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), company policy and procedure adherence, and client and employee satisfaction.
- Serve as an effective business partner to multi-site clients working in conjunction with peers to achieve mutual goals.
- Continuously identify opportunities to drive efficiencies in facilities -- improving quality/consistency of care and driving down cost of care.
- Upholds management goals of corporation by leading staff in team concepts and promoting a team effort.
- Effectively communicates expectations; accepts accountability and holds others accountable for performance.
