Senior Executive Assistant, Actimize (Finance)

So, what's the role all about?

NiCE is currently seeking a high-energy, high-performing, self-starter Executive Assistant to support our CEO. We are not looking for just the basic administration support but rather a quick thinker who understands the business needs and can act accordingly with little guidance.

How will you make an impact?

• Heavy calendar management and ability to prioritize activities by understanding business needs.
• Make travel arrangements and handle expense reports.
• Assist in coordinating management meetings, offsites, client events etc.
• Screen and prioritize incoming calls, email, and correspondence, responding if appropriate.
• Draft and polish presentations and critical correspondence.
• Special projects including research and reporting.

Have you got what it takes?

• Ability to work in a fast moving, and dynamic environment and quickly shift gears as priorities change.
• Quick study, proactive and proven success in ability to understand the business.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with both internal and external contacts with professionalism and tact.
• Strong organizational and computer skills (Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Salesforce.com a plus)
• Excellent communication (written/presentation) skills and high energy.
• Work independently, with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and customer-focused
• Proven ability to always think "one step ahead."
• Flexible and able to act under pressure with minimal guidance and feedback
• Bachelor's in marketing, Business or Finance background preferred OR 5 plus years in a similar role
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
