CISA Account Executive Personal Lines (Finance)



JOB DESCRIPTION

Chubb Insurance Solutions Agency (CISA), a premier $500 million premium operation licensed in all 50 states and surplus lines, is seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Personal Lines Service Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service to enrolled agents, ensuring seamless policy management, fostering long-term relationships, and driving sales growth through effective cross-selling and upselling.

The Service Account Executive will manage policy servicing requests, resolve agent and client inquiries, address underwriting items, and ensure high satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the personal lines marketplace, strong problem-solving and communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a clear grasp of Chubb's competitive advantages.
Key Responsibilities: Policy Servicing and Support:

  • Manage policy servicing requests, including endorsements, billing, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements.
  • Ensure prompt and high-quality service delivery, meeting all Service Level Agreement (SLA) objectives.
  • Handle high phone volume efficiently while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Monitor and follow up on open underwriting items to ensure prompt resolution and policy completion.
  • Provide guidance to agents on risk qualification and pre-underwriting requirements.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of agent interactions, policy servicing activities, and account information in the agency management system (AMS).
Sales and Service Excellence:
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective cross-selling and upselling of Chubb's Personal Lines products (e.g., auto, home, renters, personal excess, flood, recreational marine policies).
  • Identify opportunities to round out accounts and recommend tailored insurance solutions to agents and their clients.
Relationship Management:
  • Collaborate with Chubb internal stakeholders, including personal lines underwriters, to support agent needs and ensure smooth policy servicing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enrolled agents to ensure satisfaction, client retention, and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance agent engagement by leveraging the breadth of CISA products and facilitating referrals across other CISA divisions (e.g., Commercial, Farm & Ranch, Recreational Marine).
  • Educate agents on Chubb's Personal Risk Services (PRS) products and services to enhance their understanding and utilization.
