Position Overview: Director of Sales & Marketing

Were looking for a proactive, strategic, and personable Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our hotels sales and marketing efforts, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our brand presence in the market. This role requires a minimum bachelors degree (higher education preferred), with at least 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry and a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals. Responsibilities include managing the sales team, crafting revenue-generating strategies, analyzing market trends, fostering customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
