Administration Position - Strong Computer Skills Needed (Architecture)



DH Pace Company, Inc. in Denver, CO, is seeking an Administrative Support Representative to provide support to staff and management. Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with executives, operations and sales providing administrative support
  • Follow administrative procedures and processes for timely project management
  • Create new sales projects according to correct line of business ensuring all appropriate and accurate information has been received and entered in the project so the installation team can prepare to order, schedule, and complete the project.
  • Coordinate with contractors, project managers and customers to ensure proper receipt of contracts, purchase orders and/or signed proposals in a timely manner.
  • Assist in project coordination and problem solving by using good judgement
  • Help maintain job files by gathering information to ensure projects are completed and billed accurately
  • Receive incoming calls from customers that require service/sales by identifying the type of call, type of problem, and scheduling appointments assuring the customer's timing preference is met for a specific day and time
  • Generate service ticket that allows the dispatchers to send a qualified technician to the job site with information about the problem prior to their arrival to the job site
  • Promote all products and services
  • Must be a team player and able to work in a professional setting
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least two (2+) years administrative office experience preferred
  • Detailed oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Computer proficient
