What Youll Do:
Assists with oversight of daily administrative operations of CarePro Home Infusion, Compounding, and Home Health divisions Assists with the development and enforcement of division policies and procedures that meet or exceed industry standards of practiceEnsures compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and Company healthcare regulations and accreditationParticipates in performance improvement activities, reviews surveys and other analytics to track and monitor trends and other opportunities for improvement and implements action plansCollaborates with leadership team regarding strategic planningAnalyzes current and potential business opportunities with a focus on rates, profitability, and growth, tracks marketing program effectivenessDrafts and reviews contracts to ensure compliance and optimize reimbursementAssists with budgeting and monitoring expensesStays up to date with new products and servicesNetworks with customers, physicians, nurses, and suppliers to create visibility of services and establish services that will grow and sustain the businessRepresents and promotes organization at community eventsEncourages and develops professional growth opportunities for employeesSupervises employees by assigning incomplete tasks, communicating job expectations, reviewing, and appraising performanceUpdates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
What Were Looking For:
4-year degree in Health Care Administration/Business, Masters degree preferredMinimum of 3 years of management and direct supervisory experience (knowledge of Home Infusion and/or Health Care a plus) with strong understanding of diverse business functions including accounting, budget, purchasing, insurance, and distributionExcellent written, verbal, and organizational communication skillsAptitude in decision making and problem solving; strong analytical skills Strong computer skills including Microsoft and EMR systemsMust have valid drivers license and be insurable
