Non-College Work-Study| Community Engagement and Service Learning (Finance)

Department: Community Engagement Salary: $15.00 per hour
Description:

The Center for Community Engagement and Service Learning is looking for student workers to send to off-campus non-profit organizations .

THIS IS AN OFF-CAMPUS POSITION.

The specific duties for each internship will vary by site. Please read the individual position descriptions on the job board carefully.
Community engagement interns will hold internship positions within a local non-profit in an area related to their academic major or specific interests.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work cooperatively and in a leadership role
• Organizational skills
• Strong interest in community issues, engagement, and social justice

Qualifications:

• Must be a current UHD student enrolled in classes at UHD during the spring and fall 2024 semesters
