Facilities-Industrial Maintenance Technician

Lakeside Book Company is looking for a Facilities Industrial Maintenance Technician who will work in all areas of our site. We will rely on your expertise to ensure our building and operating systems are maintained.

Starting Rate: $23.49- $32.45/hr

What You'll Do:

• Work in a way that keeps you and your co-workers safe at all times.
• Maintain and repair building-facilities
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair systems.
• Work with basic electrical wiring
• Bring ideas to the table on how we can improve our processes and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Facilities maintenance and repair experience
• Skill sets such as painting, plumbing, wiring, building, installation, welding, soldering, assembly, rigging, basic pipefitting are desirable.
• Ability to operate company equipment legally to move between locations
