Talent Development Manager (Project Management)
The Talent Development Manager will be responsible for designing, Implementing, and managing comprehensive talent development programs for both hourly and salaried employees. This position will be instrumental in the succession planning/development plan process. The Talent Development Manager will also be responsible for the Neenah Foundry Internship Program.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in talent development, learning and development, or organizational development, preferably in the heavy industrial manufacturing sector or foundry industry.
- Strong knowledge of talent management principles, performance management, succession planning, and employee development strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs using various methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess talent needs, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and other digital platforms for training and development purposes.
Physical Requirements
Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
The worker must be able to access, analyze and otherwise work with, enter information stored in or obtained through the company's computer system, and to communicate effectively with co-workers and third parties who have business dealings with the Company's Human Resources operations.
Travel Requirements
Up to 30% travel; with a focus on plans at all locations.
Compensation
Competitive compensation - starting at $110K, with higher potential depending on experience.
Candidates for positions with Neenah Foundry Company and its subsidiaries must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
