Sr Manager - Process Transform (Finance)

Lead a team that manages and executes all aspects of program execution and process transformation for the LST Service department. All programs to support LST Service's involvement with the Aftermarket Service (AMS) business model will fall under this team's responsibility. These presently include Enterprise Asset Management for LST Service, Field Service Lightning and SMS 2.0 GDM's, Labor SIOP and CPQ, and will include other projects in the future as they come up. This team will also be accountable for assisting with the tabulation of and driving continual improvement for the Customer Experience metrics for the LST Service team. You will work with LST Service leaders to ensure all AMS and other programs are completed on-time and on-budget, that all required KPI's are provided in an accurate and timely manner and that committed benefits are realized.
