Information Technology (IT) Technician (Information Technology)

Mylan Park is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Information Technology Technician to support the technology infrastructure at our Aquatics and Track & Field Centers. The IT Technician will ensure the smooth operation of all digital systems, including facility software, networks, security systems, and audiovisual equipment. This role is crucial to maintaining seamless experiences for both staff and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot all IT hardware including computers, printers, point-of-sale systems, security cameras, and networking equipment.

Provide on-site and remote support for staff IT issues and escalate complex issues to external vendors as needed.

Ensure Wi-Fi and wired networks are secure, stable, and meet operational demands.

Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.

Oversee the operation and integration of specialized software used for facility booking, member management, and events.

Support and maintain digital signage, scoreboards, and audiovisual systems throughout the centers.

Monitor and maintain security and surveillance systems to ensure safety and compliance.

Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects and upgrades.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, warranties, licenses, and service agreements.

Provide technical support during events, including swim meets and track competitions.
