On-Premise Chain Manager - FL (Finance)

The mission of this role is to lead the Florida On-Premise Chain strategy, driving performance and execution across key regional and national chain accounts. This role serves as the main Florida interface to the On-Premise Strategic Accounts team and works directly with large, complex customers with both centralized and decentralized buying structures. It also partners closely with distributor Key Regional Managers to align on programming, execution, and results.

This position reports directly to the Senior State Director for Florida and South Carolina.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead Florida's On-Premise Chain strategy, owning performance across key multi-unit accounts in partnership with distributor chain teams and the On-Premise Strategic Accounts team
  • Serve as the state's primary liaison with the Strategic Accounts On-Premise team, ensuring alignment on priorities, performance, and program execution
  • Call directly on large Florida-based chain customers to build relationships, execute programs, and grow brand presence across menus, cocktail features, events, and well placements
  • Work with distributor Key Regional Managers to set goals, monitor progress, and align on execution and KPIs
  • Create and execute brand, promotional, and pricing plans specific to the Florida on-premise chain channel
  • Analyze and leverage data to inform account-level strategies and commercial decisions
  • Support the successful launch and execution of innovation across assigned accounts, tracking against volume and distribution KPIs
  • Coordinate and activate national and regional programs within Florida's on-premise chain landscape
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders across brand, finance, strategy, and field marketing to ensure alignment on goals and execution
  • Ensure all sales efforts are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial sales or trade marketing; spirits or beverage industry experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success managing large regional or national accounts, preferably in the on-premise channel
  • Proven ability to build strategic customer relationships and drive commercial outcomes
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Experience working with distributor partners at a regional or state management level
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and self-management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; Salesforce experience preferred
  • Licensed driver with ability for intermittent travel
