Human Resources Shared Services Coordinator (Finance)



Job Description

The Human Resources Shared Services Coordinator will be responsible for supporting various functions within the Shared Services Department, ensuring efficient and effective operations. This role will involve coordinating activities across multiple departments, managing Team Member data, and providing administrative support to enhance the overall performance of the shared services team.

Salary: The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Handles Team Member inquiries and resolves issues related to shared services functions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Serves as a liaison between the Shared Services department and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for all HR shared services functions including Team Member files and HR systems, ensuring high accuracy.
  • Coordinates and manages shared services activities, including Team Member data management.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve shared services operations and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in HR systems (ADP, Oracle, Workforce now).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills, as well as demonstrated ability in problem solving and responsiveness to customer needs.
  • The role requires mobility within work environments, use of office equipment, lifting up to 20 pounds, clear vision and hearing, effective communication skills, and occasional travel for meetings and training sessions.
