Senior Call Center Reporting Analyst (Finance)

Remote | Full-Time | Exempt

We are currently seeking a Senior Call Center Reporting Analyst to join our team. This remote role is ideal for a senior data-savvy professional with a passion for transforming information into insights that drive decision-making and improve operations in a customer call center environment.

What To Expect:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Dayshift (Typically 6am-2:30PM Pacific Time, 8am-4:30pm While Training)

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll work under minimal supervision to design, maintain, and administer databases and dashboards, analyzing statistical and operational data to inform business decisions. You'll collaborate closely with leadership to understand reporting needs, deliver accurate insights, and support process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting platforms.
  • Analyze and extract data from multiple databases using SQL or DAX.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on trends and performance data.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and system administrator for reporting software, including user training.
  • Ensure consistent data definitions and standards across reports and dashboards.
  • Support operational decision-making with trend and performance analysis.
  • Maintain compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience , including:
    • Hands-on data extraction, dashboard creation, and report automation.
    • At least 3 years of experience building reports using Power BI , Crystal Reports, or MS Access.
    • Prior work in a customer call center environment is required.
  • Strong SQL and/or DAX skills for reporting and data manipulation.
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, reporting lifecycle, and system integration.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Microsoft SQL Server Certification
  • Microsoft Certification in related technologies
