Position Overview: Guest Service Associate

Were looking for a proactive, organized, and friendly Guest Service Associate (GSA) to be the welcoming face of our hotel and help create outstanding guest experiences. In this role, youll greet guests, manage reservations, assign rooms, and assist with any needs during their stay. While previous hotel front desk experience is a plus, its not required what matters most is a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to engage in friendly, professional conversation. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of hotel operations, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays. Youll work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure rooms are guest-ready and address any guest concerns promptly and courteously.
