Adult Day Treamtne Group Supervisor (Education)
Nystrom & Associates is seeking a Full-Time Adult Day Treatment Group Supervisor. We are a team of mental health professionals that specialize in psychiatric evaluations, clinical social work, and family therapy. We are committed to helping patients in our community who are experiencing personal, emotional, marriage, family or psychological problems. Founded in 1991, we offer an intensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment program, psychological testing, and behavioral health and medication management services.
What You'll Do:
Conduct program intakes
Provide ongoing supervision for Adult Day Treatment Group leader
Offer crisis group support for Adult Day Treatment Group leader
Facilitate and/or join in on the monthly staff meetings
Provide supervision of staff

What Your Qualifications Should Be:
Licensed Mental Health Professional in Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP)
Master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field
Board-Approved Supervisor preferred
Must have experience working with the mental health clients with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI)
