Role
To assist the Crown Castle Network Management Systems/Netcool team with Netcool development, quality assurance and system testing, as well as the development of comprehensive system documentation.

Reports to: Network Management Systems Manager, Network Assurance
Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week).
Compensation Information: For Westchester County, NY residents, the hiring range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50 per hour.
