Staffing Coordinator/Central Supply (Healthcare)

Location: Linwood Meadows Care Center - Visalia, CA
Pay Range: $20-$24 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Call Every Other Weekend

Linwood Meadows Care Center, a skilled nursing facility committed to compassionate care and operational excellence, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator / Central Supply professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Staffing Coordination:

• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts
• Respond to call-offs and make schedule adjustments as needed
• Coordinate with department heads to fill staffing needs
• Be on-call every other weekend to manage urgent staffing issues

Central Supply Duties:

• Maintain adequate inventory of medical and office supplies
• Place and track supply orders
• Distribute supplies to appropriate departments
• Ensure compliance with state and federal inventory guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare staffing and/or central supply preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required
