We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance & Accounting to join leadership team and oversee all aspects of financial management, accounting, and compliance. This role is critical in driving financial strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures.Data & Analytics- Build Power BI/Excel models to surface KPIs (labor efficiency, install variance, backlog burn, etc.) and present insights at leadership meetings.Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and capital structure.Lead audit preparation and tax compliance efforts.Partner with executive leadership to guide business decisions with data-driven insights.Mentor and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
