The Impact You'll Make in this Role

Solventum is seeking a Revenue Cycle Operations Manager

  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations functions of the Revenue Cycle business

  • These functions include but are not limited to:

  • Work with the implementation team to track and monitor the status of projects . Work with the business leaders to escalate stalled or problem projects for resolution

  • Work with each business leader and VP to measure and track business success levers and make recommendations and take action to support changes to meet our business expectations

  • Help assist Product owners with NPI requirements and work with NPI leaders to ensure we are reporting and tracking correctly

  • Work with the financial lead for the business to ensure that we are predicting performance correctly, uncovering areas needed to fill the gap and communicating expected vs. actual financial results with the business leaders

  • Report on sales pipeline and contract receipt performance looking for trends or product areas to focus on for new sales programs with the product owners

  • Manage certain business partner tracking, relationships and contract expectations as assigned

  • Align with all business leaders in the division to ensure we are measuring and managing to expectations

  • Participate in business Leadership Operating Committed (LOC) providing information and input on business success factors

  • Participate in pricing and sku strategies/development

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and a minimum of 12 years of experience in a healthcare related field or in related business

OR
  • High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 16 yrs of experience in a healthcare related field or in related business
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience working within the HIS division
  • Minimum 5+ years working with Solven tum's /3M leaders and products

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master's degree in business or technical related field

  • Minimum 10+ years' experience working within the HIS division

  • Understanding of the Revenue Cycle P&L

  • Familiar with Solventum's commercialization NPI program

  • Proven ability to delegate effectively

  • Must have good work /life balance skills accompanied by the ability to recognize one's own signs of stress and manage them well

Travel: May include up to 25% domestic

Relocation: No

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Onboarding Requirement: To improve the onboarding experience, you will have an opportunity to meet with your manager and other new employees as part of the Solventum new employee orientation. As a result, new employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company in accordance with its travel policy. Applies to new hires with a start date of October 1st 2025 or later.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $207,348 - $253,425, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
