What is the opportunity?

As a Business Data Analyst, you will support the accuracy and quality of Omnissa's customer, partner, and account data. Working closely with more senior analysts, you'll help resolve data-related requests, perform routine updates in Salesforce and Oracle Cloud, and assist in process documentation. This role is ideal for those early in their career who are eager to grow their technical and analytical skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Process and resolve assigned data-related cases in Salesforce (SFDC) with guidance from senior team members.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate customer, partner, and account data across Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, and other systems.
  • Identify and report basic data quality issues to help improve processes.
  • Follow documented procedures to update and verify records.
  • Support documentation of workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Partner with team members in Sales, Operations, and IT to support resolution of data issues.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with data governance standards.
  • Participate in team knowledge-building activities, such as SOP creation and data cleanup projects.

What You'll Bring to Omnissa

  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, data entry, or operational support, including internships or academic projects.
  • Basic understanding of CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce.com and/or Oracle Cloud experience a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical processes.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Access, Visio, or PowerPoint is a plus.
  • Interest in learning about data governance, data quality, and cross-system integrations.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
